Medication Management and Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT)

Medication Management
Pharmacological management involves the use of safe, evidence-based medications to support symptom stabilization, enhance functioning, and create a foundation for deeper therapeutic work. Whether addressing conditions like ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, or substance abuse disorders, we tailor each medication plan to the individual's needs, preferences, and history. Our goal is not just symptom relief, but sustainable healing and empowering patients to reclaim a sense of agency, balance, and well-being.
Substance Abuse
We offer evidence-based MAT to support recovery from opioid and alcohol use disorders (OUD/AUD). MAT combines safe, FDA-approved medications with compassionate psychiatric care to reduce cravings, prevent relapse, and restore brain balance. Our approach is trauma-informed, nonjudgemental, and grounded in the belief that recovery is possible for everyone. Whether you're seeking support after detox, managing relapse prevention, or exploring new treatment options, our team is here to walk you through every stage of the healing process.
TMS - Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

TMS is an FDA approved therapy for treatment-resistant depression, OCD, and smoking cessation. It can also be used off label for Autism, ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, migraines, cognitive impairment and other mental health disorders. TMS therapy is free from typical side effects that may occur with medications such as weight gain, sexual dysfunction, and fatigue. You are awake and alert during the treatment and can return to activities throughout your day following treatment. TMS has shown no long-term negative effects and has even shown significant reduction in autism and improvements for those suffering from Parkinson's disease.
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is an emerging therapeutic approach that combines the administration of ketamine with traditional psychotherapy techniques.
This innovative treatment is primarily used to address conditions like depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The use of ketamine induces altered states of consciousness, facilitating deeper exploration of one's thoughts and emotions during therapy sessions, leading to more profound insights and therapeutic breakthroughs.
We are pleased to offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy services not only for individuals but also for couples, families (18+) and groups.
ADHD Evaluations

Our comprehensive ADHD evaluation program for teens (ages 16+) and adults is designed to provide precise, personalized diagnoses through a structured three-session process. In the first 90-minute session, Dr. Ene-Stroescu conducts an in-depth clinical interview, exploring your developmental history, symptoms, and any co-occurring conditions, supplemented by standardized ADHD questionnaires. The second session, lasting 30 minutes, features QB testing, an FDA-cleared, objective computerized assessment that measures inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity in just 15–20 minutes, delivering immediate, data-driven insights compared to age- and sex-matched norms. In the final 30-minute session, the QB test results are reviewed alongside clinical findings, providing a clear diagnosis and a tailored treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy, or lifestyle recommendations. This streamlined, evidence-based approach ensures clarity and confidence in your mental health journey.
Holistic Support

Our holistic services support the whole person, mind, body, and spirit by integrating evidence-based psychiatric care with approaches like nutritional support, IV and IM vitamin infusions, red light therapy, and other pharmacological approaches to weight management. These offerings are designed to restore vitality, support emotional regulation, enhance immune functioning, and optimize overall health particularly for those recovering from trauma, managing chronic stress, or navigating complex mental health and metabolic challenges.
